Next Monday, January 27th, marks the beginning of a new semester of International Student Workshops, one that introduces some exciting new topics to the lineup. Consultants from the University Writing Center lead the weekly informal workshops, which include both a presentation and a chance to interact and ask questions. 
The workshop leaders will explain topics related to communication–including giving a speech and preparing for the ELPE –with the goal of helping participants understand everyday English as it’s used in the social, academic, and professional settings students encounter here in Aggieland.
Everyone is welcome to attend the sessions, which take place from 7 to 8 p.m. in Evans Library. You can see the full schedule and register for next Monday’s event here.
